HLSPVM is located in Suizhou, a city well-known as the hometown of China ancestor “Shennong” and the great bells (a kind of instrument of ancient time). 195 km east of Wuhan, 298 km west of Shiyan, the Wuhan-Shiyan highway meets here in the south, and State 316 Highway cross main areas of Suizhou in the north; it’s one of the largest base of the special purpose vehicle modification. The company was formerly Suizhou Tian Feng Automobile Co. With great support from the government, former Li Qiang Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co. and Suizhou He Li Truck & Trailer Manufacturing Co. merger together to be a new company named Hubei He Li Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
